1. Reviewing the profile and structure of the organization to evaluate the Logistics and Technical support required for the next five years.
2. Seeking representation of additional valuable product lines whether core or otherwise, which can leverage our experience and network in China to enable business growth, profitability and longer term prospects.
3. Studying widening business scopes to include more non-core industries as well as other regional markets [i.e. Vietnam, etc].
4. Making strategic investments in Hong Kong; China or other markets to enhance the long-term growth for company shareholders and employees.
